The Gyro Crusher Inflatable Liner Arm Guard has been designed and engineered to be retro fitted to the MP1000 Crusher for a safer and optimised performance.
The Arm Guard is assembled with a customised base assembly and liner system that allows for pressurised air to be fed into a flexible liner arrangement to remove build of material that otherwise degrades crusher performance. This guard has been shown to increase service duration of the crusher guards by 400% on sites where they have been installed.
This design solution can be retrofitted to suit other Gyratory crushers on site.
